Travel health insurance to the United States for the dates of the retreat is required for every participant that is not a resident of the United States. The cost of travel insurance is not included in the retreat fee.

By submitting and signing this registration form, I acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable, except in the case of documented medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances.

I further agree to pay the $150cdn deposit upon registration and the remaining fee no later than July 1, 2026, unless otherwise arranged with Beth.
